Whether you’re looking to hone your sports-specific skills or get bigger, faster, stronger, we’ve got the programs for you.

Youth Training

Ages 7-12 These one hour sessions focus on teaching proper running mechanics for increased speed and agility, as well as improving bodyweight strength, mobility and conditioning.

Jr High/High School Training

Ages 12+ These hour and a half sessions focus on improving speed and agility through improved mechanics and plyometric work, followed by individually programmed strength and conditioning work. Great for athletes who are brand new to the weight room up through our weight room veterans.

Baseball and Softball Instruction

All Ages These 30 minute one on one sessions are tailored to fit your specific needs, including hitting, pitching, fielding, and catching.

Football Instruction

All Ages These hour long sessions are run by Keith Rucker of TrenchSkillz, whether you're a Lineman, DB, RB, WR, or a little of everything Keith can help refine your football skills.

Each athlete undergoes a 1 hour evaluation, which includes learning our active dynamic warm-up, Functional Movement Screening, and running analysis. $60

Memberships

Memberships allow you to come as many days per week as you’d like, limit one session per day. By far the best bang for your buck. Busy? Put your membership on hold with FREEZE TIME.

*Tax not included

Packages

For packages, one credit is used for each session you attend, no expiration date.  Great for in season athletes who want to stay on top of their game, but can’t make it consistently.
