Evaluation
Each athlete undergoes a 1 hour evaluation, which includes learning our active dynamic warm-up, Functional Movement Screening, and running analysis. $70
Memberships
Memberships allow you to come as many days per week as you’d like, limit one session per day. By far the best bang for your buck. Busy? Put your membership on hold with FREEZE TIME.

- 6 month + 2 month freeze - $139 per month*

Packages
For packages, one credit is used for each session you attend, no expiration date. Great for in season athletes who want to stay on top of their game, but can’t make it consistently.
